Mind Machines and Dreaming

jent 10 posts
In my quest / hobby of dream enhancement and conciousness exploration, I have recently bought a light and sound machine because I have been reading more and more about their benefits in these areas. I decided on a Procyon and LOVE IT! It totally helps me maintain some very deep states with an amazing clarity. I suppose I would say that I mostly use it for meditation and to relax (just not sure that what I end up doing is 'meditation'). But I noticed that my dreams have become very vivid and memorable at night during the period when I have been using my Procyon during the day. Pleasant surprise! I've read online since that this tends to be the case.

Has anyone else had this experience? Any luck with light and sound machines and increasing lucidity? I find this technology really (!) exciting and would love hearing others' experiences. Thanks!

I have been using a Nova Pro 100 recently and I love it too :-)  Amazing it works as well as it does.

Funny you should write about having cool dreams during periods of light and sound use.  I am into dreams and have tried different programs and supplements and most of them have value in one way or another.  So basically - I pay attention  to my dreams - and think about them - which I think is the main ingredient to remembering dreams more vividly.  Actually, I got the light and sound machine just to help me meditate, moreso than to boost dreams.  It is really excellent for relaxing and holding me in a meditative state.  I also take monoatomic gold before a longer meditation session and ooolala!!!  Awesome.

I also noticed that my dreams were much more vivid the night after I use the Nova Pro.  Not really sure why.  My dreams after light and sound were more vivid, not necessarily what I would consider full blown lucid dreams.  At least not yet.  I think I will try doing some specific "programming" or affirming during my meditations for becoming lucid that night.  See what happens.  Keep ya posted!
