Im wondering if anyone else has this happen: sometimes around 3 or 4am, I feel like I am in really light sleep and I start to feel a sensation that is kinda like chills only not "chills" as in cold...kinda like a spread of vibrations through my whole body. It sort of hurts but at the same time feels really good. My heart speeds up and I don't mean to be tacky but I get a serious almost painful erection but not really because its a sexual experience. Im just trying to describe these events, but its hard to explain. Its like nothing I feel during the day or during orgasm. Next thing I know I am in a sort of dreamland I guess, but it feels extremly REAL. I would say that it's an out of body experience, but what I look at - my surroundings - aren't what they really are. I mean, I feel like I am still in my dorm room, and it is similar, but not the way it really is. Things are different than in real life. So it feels like I am alert and out of my body, but at the same time, what I see seems more like what a lucid dream would be...kinda bizarre but clear. Wouldn't a person see their surroundings the same as in real life if they are having an out of body experience?
So if anyone else has this happen sometimes, what is your take? It is not soemthing I am really trying to do, but it still seemsto happen anyway. I really want to figure out what is happening so I can take it further. Right now I guess I am just a little freaked out by it, even though nothing bad has ever happened. Thanks.
