Thought I'd post how my latest lucid dream endeavor is going!  I bought Hemi-Sync's Lucid dreaming program a few weeks ago and have been using it for several nights. I am really happy with it. It is an audio program that plays while you go to sleep. I have used other Hemi-Sync cds in the past and always have thought they were well-made, so I finally got around to getting their lucid dreaming product. First night I had some fairly vivid dreams but nothing lucid. The other nights I again had a lot of dream activity as well as 3-4 fully lucid dreams across probably a weeks-worth of time. The vocal guidance is really good, not cheesey. Really easy to sleep with at least for me.  Only thing is that it's really long so that it is still playing when you get into rem, so apparently you have to either get the tape format or the dvd format.  I have a laptop that plays dvds so I just played it through that by my bed with my pillow speakers which worked well.

Sooo - now that I have gotten used to the HS program, I want to add in my Lucid Dreamer pills and see how they combine. I'm hoping for some very cool results! I'll post back soon...

I've had some time to use the lucid dreaming audio with the dreamamins.  One word: AWESOME!  Really, this is a good combo, at least for me.  Like I explained above, I had some success with the Hemi-Sync lucid dreaming program by itself.  By the way, I guess what I consider success is a noticeable increase in the lucidity of my dreams.  I am able to have dreams sort of randomly that are lucid to some degree or another, but not with any kind of consistency.  So that is what I am after...an increase in the lucidity of my dreams on a fairly consistent basis.  Not necesarily full-blown total control, totally conscious dreams per se (as I consider these rare), but vivid, I-know-I-am-dreaming sort of dreams.  I end up trying some sort of lucid dreaming technique on average about every other night.  Sometimes I am too tired to even deal and I feel like I get my really deep sleep these nights which is great as well.  Also, I tend to agree with someone else in this forum who said it is best not to take dreamamins every night.  take a break from them sometimes and recuperate that deep sleep that it seems I don't get as much of on nights when I take the capsules.  So, basically if I can consistently have some degree of lucidity to my dreams when I try a specific method, I am pretty dang happy.

I am here to tell anyone who is interested, that this combo works consistently for me.  If I am jonesing for some lucidity during a given night, I set aside time to spend reading in bed about dreams - I read books on lucid dreaming, or my dream journal or get online with my laptop and read/fill my head and thoughts with dreams and being lucid.  When I am getting tired, I set my intent to be aware I am dreaming tonight.  I do a few reality checks like look at my hands, the clock, whatever and then look back at them to see if they change...they don't so I know I'm awake.

I then play the lucid dreaming program through my laptop and pillowspeakers and focus until I drift off.  I purposely drink something while I'm reading... wine, water, tea whatever so that I will have to get up and pee later on.  That is when I will take 2 Lucid Dreamer capsules.  Preferrably in the very early morning hours.  As I take them I again set my intention and go back to sleep.  Then, I enjoy thoroughly the last half of my night because it is one dream after another.  Almost all are lucid to some degree, meaning I am aware of the fact that this is a dream.  Again, I rarey have the type of lucid dream where I am in complete control with complete realization.  But I tell you, that type of dream is more frequent and I definitely feel it is more easily attainable now.  For me at least, those big ones don't happen all at once immediately, it's a process.  I love these kinds of tools to help me along the way and I find them useful.  I know some people see such things as not necessary, and maybe they aren't.  But they sure do accelerate the process in my opinion.  In terms of tools, aside from an actual dream mask I find the Hemi-Sync / Dreamamins combo most helpful.

That my 2 cents!!!

I bought this combo at 3PU based on your post - thank you. The Hemi-Sync program is wonderful. I have been experimenting with different supplements for some time now, and get excellent results with the Lucid Dreamer Dreamamins, and I find that by adding the HS program, my lucidity level increases and is more consistent. So, basically I have gotten similar results as you. Thank you for posting your "process" of it. I guess this is my vote for it!!
