I've decided to buy a light and sound machine, and I appreciate your post. So thanks! I am pretty sure I will go with the Procyon mostly for meditating and relaxing as well. But I'm also wondering if you (or anyone else out there) have noticed any changes in your sleep and especially dreams. I have heard a lot of people in forums and reviews say that they have more dreams when they use light and sound machines - or at least remember them better and tend to experience more lucid dreaming.
Actually, lucid dreams are mostly what I am interested in. I really want to get a lucid dreaming mask that you sleep with to help me with lucidity, but there don't seem to be any decent ones out there right now. At least not worth the money.
So if anyone has any feedback on light and sound machines and dreaming, that would be great. Thanx!
