I'd recommend any books by Robert Moss. I've read Conscious Dreaming, Dreamgates, Dreaming True, Dreamways of the Iroquois, and The Three Only Things.
Psychic Dreamwalking by Michelle Belanger was a good read.
Lucid Dreaming: A Concise Guide to Awakening in Your Dreams and in Your Life by Stephen Laberge was also good. It comes with a CD, too.
